Among respondents whose companies used promotional products as business gifts, 44% reported quality as the most important feature they seek.
Out of respondents whose companies engaged trade shows 57% reported that price was the most important when selecting promotional products.
Of those whose companies used promotional products for customer acquisitions, 40% selected creativity as the most important feature.
The top three types of promotional products perceived to be most effective by buyers were shirts (49%), writing instruments (46%), and desk/business accessories (41%).
